Brian was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, he came in and got straight to the point all while explaining and demonstrating everything that went wrong and what he was doing to fix that problem. Thank you Brian gladly appreciate you.
We called Roto-Rooter the day before Easter due to water and sewage backing up in our basement shower. Brian showed up less than 2 hours later, and spent all afternoon working diligently to solve our issue. He did a great job, and we would absolutely call them back in the future.
Brian was my technician and did a great job. Very friendly and talked me through every step of the process, roots were cut and got my lateral flowing in 20 minutes from arrival. From my experience I would recommend, and hope you get Brian.
