First time dropping off my clothes were cleaned how I expected however each & every time after that my clothes were NOT touched but iHad to pay for the service.!! I’ve spent over $250 plus on services I did not receive WEEKLY.!! I never looked in till I wore clothes because I trusted the service with them seeming to be so nice & professional but when I asked why my clothes looked like they were not touched after noticing same stains & etc, the laddies response was “that’s the best we could do” TOTALLY Unacceptable.!! I use the Eastgate Plaza in Greensburg, the employees are always pleasant and efficient in getting you on your way with perfectly cleaned and pressed dry cleaning, I love the drive through too.

From the first call of inquiry about their services on the 800 number , you are treated very well-kind-inerested in you becoming a customer and go out of their way to help you; Went to the Greensburg location and "Tina" was terrific, patient, friendly and welcomed us to the store warmly! Excellent customer service!
