I rarely leave reviews, except times when I feel the public needs to be informed. The experience we just had at Petco warrants such a post. Read on, and know that my words are 100% truth. Apologies if it is triggering, as it was for us.We came in to have a regular rabies shot. Easy check in, all good, the staff discussed a long term ear infection he has had, and various attempts to remedy it. When it came time for our dog, the assistant was friendly and gracious. The attending veterinarian, Sheila Selznick, was unsmiling and looked as though she was being forced to do the work. Extremely rude at the pop up vet clinic at Petco….she seemed like she didn’t even wanna touch my puppy. Unpleasant for such a simple easy exchange…hopefully she’s not there next time

I saw her at a pop up vaccination clinic at some pet store, maybe Petsmart. She was extremely rude to her staff and to customers. She yelled at me to back up when my dog was being anxious. I tried to ask her a question about my dog, who has been scratching more often and she told me to see a “real vet”. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant.
