Complete and utter rip off. I feel like these people took advantage of my girlfriend by overcharging and doing a horrible job. avoid at all costs!!!!!!
I can’t say enough about Elizabeth and her amazing gym! I’ve been a client for almost a year and the transformation is wonderful! I’m so much stronger. No more blowing off going to the gym! I actually love going now. There’s accountability and results!
I love Solutions Fitness & Med Spa. I really like group classes and getting to meet people. With COVID, this last year has been challenging to say the least but we wear our masks and social distance. I feel very safe. The workouts are great and the instructors are all excellent and very knowledgeable. In addition, instead of gaining during COVID I have lost weight and inches. That is definitely a plus!
