“Pinnacle was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Noah did a really thorough assessment and helped us understand why previous roofs failed early and then ensured they installed proper ventilation to prevent the issue from recurring again. We felt very confident in his expertise. They completed the job quickly, communicated well during the process, cleaned up thoroughly, and came back to check that the work was done right and the job site was clean. We have a perennial garden and small pond and they were careful to cover the pond and did the work at the beginning of fall to avoid damage to the garden during peak season. “We got a couple quotes for gutter prices before finding Gutter solutions of lake Erie (Bauer Specialty). The price was very reasonable and we ultimately chose them because they seemed honest and trustworthy: not trying to add on additional unnecessary things, doing a different kind of leaf guard on the front vs the back of the house since we have different types of trees so we didn't need the more expensive kind for the back which saved us a good chunk of money, all suggested by the guy that gave us the estimate. Did the work in half a day. They were clean, quick, nice, and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!!“
