Last fall, I had an issue with paper wasps. They came right out and took care of the issue very quickly. The wasps were dead, and I was highly satisfied. However, the salesman who did my initial assessment told me about their quarterly services. He advised last fall that for an additional fee at that time and a small charge each quarter, a technician would come to my house and spray. Well, I have tried, I mean REALLY tried, for weeks to get these people to come back to my house but they have been giving so many excuses. Ralph and Kyle from Pest Practice are our pest control service for Coopers Seafood. They do an excellent job of responding to any problems immediately!
