Great pool knowledge Haven't had an in-ground cement pool for 20 years. Todd went over everything with us after opening the pool. Water testing is free. Chemicals reasonably priced. Looking at signing up for the valet service. Highly recommend Great family business
I’ve been getting out chemicals here for years. They’re knowledgeable and they won’t over sale you stuff you don’t need. I went to another local store on a day Elite was closed and the other place tried to sell me hundreds of dlls worth of stuff…decided to wait and went back to Elite the next day. Easy fix with 1 bottle of ph reducer which was less than $40. As honest as it gets.
Tried other pool places that sold me hundreds of dollars in chemicals and could it turn my pool water from dark green to clear. Linda was able to figure it out and clear my pool within a few days. Five years ago and sticking with them still.
