Probably fine for smaller projects. We had them work on a kitchen remodel for us. About half way through, we discovered that the electrical work hadn't been checked before the drywall was done. Once this was discovered, the owner started to get less responsive as we tried to figure out the best way to go forward. About the time I figured out the solution on my own, they stopped answering the phone or responding to text messages and e-mails. At this point, it's been 2 months since I last heard from them, so now I need to find another contractor to finish the project, which will end up costing more than what was left on the payment structure.
