“HEIDI is the optician you want to fit you with the perfect color and shape glasses for the shape of your face. I have visited Heidi for 2 sets of glasses in the past couple of years. I tell her I need a pair, reasonably priced, and have no idea what color or shape I should get. Within 2 minutes, she presents me with a couple pairs.... Then continues to present me with more. However, she critiques each pair, telling me if they don't look as good or better than any others before. We narrow it down to 2 pairs, and I still need Heidi to tell me which is best! “I would give Bainbridge Eye Care 10 stars if I could! I was in the office last Fri for an appointment less than an hour after calling due to pain and an abundance of tears in 1 eye. Dr. Bainbridge quickly diagnosed the corneal ulcer and started treatment right away. 8 days and 3 more appointments later (1 on a Saturday when the office is closed due to the urgency of my situation), my eye is healed and 100% again.If not for the quick 1st appointment and prompt treatment, my infection would have worsened significantly last weekend. I owe my vision to Dr. Bainbridge and his awesome staff!“

“Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future.Previous reviewI have been a patient of Dr. Rehak's for over 15 years. I have recommended Colonial Family Eyecare to many friends. My entire family goes here as well. Dr. Rehak takes his time to explain our eye health. He worked with me to find a lasik provider that would be a good fit for me. I never feel rushed in an appointment or while picking out frames. The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. Debby is absolutely amazing. She is always patient and friendly. She knows the insurance plans very well and is always helpful navigating the various plans we have been on.“

“I highly recommend this practice for urgent and immediate eye care. I felt strongly cared for and attended to immediately on the spot. On a Friday afternoon, I came in with an urgent, emerging situation of eye irritation after a bout of conjunctivitis and a stye, and unfortunately had rubbed my eyes too much. It was more of an emergency than I realized. My right cornea was a torn mess. I was in pain, my eye was watering nonstop, and I couldn't keep it open because the normal light was too bright.I was expertly treated by doctor Jon R. Fabriziani, whom I found on zocdoc. With his care, I experienced efficient diagnostics and immediate treatment of my cornea. After the visit, I felt confident I went to the right place. Follow up care was easy to book. At the follow up, I reported significant improvement with treatment and we continued further treatment. I didn't really know how everything would turn out, but it seems to be healing very well after a few days of treatment.The practice appears to also provide regular eye exams and glasses fittings, although I didn't go there for those purposes.I was at the Malvern location. If you're driving, it's an easy access first floor of building, easy for wheelchairs or strollers if needed, and the facility is close to highways.“

“Dr. Deangelis was wonderful. She is actually open on Thursdays late so I could get in after work and I could request an appt online. They sent me a text to confirm appt options and my appt went super smooth. I felt comfortable and well informed. Afterwards Sarah helped me pick out some cute frames(that everyone was very straightforward with what everything I'd want would cost with my insurance) and measure my face and 8 days later I have my new glasses. They feel so good and I can read all the tiny numbers I need to for work. ?“
