Ed was probably one of the nicest and most professional service techs I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’d crack a beer with him to be honest. Good dude. If he didn’t have a place to go for Thanksgiving . . , he’d be welcome here. That’s how much I appreciate the service I received.
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance! I really appreciate them sending a text with a picture of my technician so I’d know who to expect. My technician was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem with my dishwasher.
I received a prompt and concise evaluation and repair of my dryer, the tech was very knowledgable and had me up and running ASAP.
Its nice to see good service like that in this day and age.
