Our basement flooded in March from a water main break with 18" of muddy water that happened through the night. DRS came in around 7 am and started draing outvthe water. I had a new furnace and hot water tank the same day before 4 pm. Total gut job. Lost everything! They hauled away 2 dump trucks of damaged furniture and contents. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, the management and workers. They showed up daily, always gave a time frame, totally restored our entire living space and laundry room. Walls had to be replaced, new paint, new ceramic floors and new carpeting. I would highly recommend using this company.
