I recently moved into a new rental that has a yard I am required to maintain. It's up to me to have it done every other week or my landlord will do it and it becomes an addition to my monthly rent. Preston does a great job and is cheaper than my landlord doing it. It's nice to have it done when I'm home from work too, my landlord doesn't cut it until the later in the day which gets annoying sometimes. Would recommend

Had him come out for a spring clean up after all the wind storms we had. All went well and property looked nice and ready for spring. Also, had him give me a quick mowing quote while he was here too. Good prices.
