Forced to use this service through Allstate since they were the most readily available roadside service to jump my car that died on the highway. Sat on the side of the road waiting for over 2 hours because the person, Jasmine Suarez, had no idea where we were even though she was using a GPS, I gave her an exact location, and directed her through the phone. Watched her location on the Allstate app before she canceled saying she was there and we weren't. Worst customer service ever and she was swearing on the phone and angry that she couldn't find us because she "wasn't from Allentown." If Allstate sends this company, call them quick and ask for someone else.

Bought a used car from Jay and paid extra to ensure it was ready and would pass inspection. Took me a week after paying to get the car with the assistance of an officer, failed emissions, and no response to calls or texts. Makes me wonder where my money went.?‍♀️?‍♀️ this guy doesn't take ownership and creates stories that don't make sense. Full of drama. Shop full of people who have gfs and such sitting in cars.

Absolutely terrible and based on the reviews on every forum, behavior like this is a common thing with JTS.. Been waiting for Jasmine Suarez with JTS for over two hours to jump my car... estimated wait time was 30 minutes.. she cursed profusely at us on the phone while we were trying to guide her to our location.. even though the GPS tracker showed her slowly jumping from Allentown city all the way to airport rd and not even coming close to us.. then she cancels the trip after she said she called her boss.. its all on a recording so dont try it because its all being sent to All State.. she's garbage and apparently so is the company.. All-State needs to find a better roadside...read full review
