Great customer service. I purchased Tile Redi Epoxy. The Post Office damaged the package and I needed a replacement. They did a very good job at getting a new package to me but sadly the Post office didn’t deliver it before I needed it. Mega Supply store refunded me for the epoxy. Great company from my experience.

I am a residential remodeling contractor and my very first dealings with this company required some special attention in the area of shipping. Karina was extremely professional and followed through on every aspect of my order, going above and beyond my expectations!
