“It is totally heartbreaking, if you have a private mausoleum they do not clean the grounds, your loved ones lie in total weeds, your calls are never returned, my heart is broken, my late husband and I Spent so much with love for our eternal home, it’s a heartbreak to see and entirely unfair, cemetery is considered Sacred ground,not shown here! So hard for seniors to have to come to clean grounds!!!! Management never returned my calls, so unfair and heartless, I was told Micheal Thorpe office manager would return my call but never did I requested to speak directly to the office manager and was told he would return my call, he never did, I am a 85 year senior with a broken heart, when we purchased our mausoleum and land we were treated like family it was different management that was so wonderful, it is heartbreaking how different you are treated today, there is no compassion for our greatest loss!!! This is a follow-up and a addition to the above review, today I had the pleasure of meeting with Michael Thorpe the General Manager who is fairly new to the position and is fully aware of the corrections to be made and it is his goal to correct as much as he can with time, it was not only a pleasure to meet and converse with him in addition to finding the effort to clean and prune the grounds to my private Mausoleum, his goal is to make as many improvement with time
,is completely sympathetic to our great disappointment and loss and will do the very best as much as he can, I place my trust in his words and actions based on what he has done and hopes do with time!!“
