Mercer painted our home and our paint is peeling throughout the house. We called to have it fixed several times, only to have it peel again. The painter wouldn’t show up on days he said he would come. Very disappointed. As a professional painter I would expect him to know how to paint over oil-based paint, but the guy at Lowe’s seems to know more. Very disappointed.

Returned my call promptly, showed up when they said they would & finished the job in great time.
