Extremely happy with the outcome of our news floors. SJ and his crew worked much faster than we thought and had our house finished in 2 days. Communication could not have been any better, very easy to work with SJ through the entire process.

Highly recommend! Our home’s original wood floors are almost 70 years old and the refinishing job came out great. Most of the floor had been covered up with carpet for years, tons of staple holes, and had a few problem areas. The problem areas were replaced with new wood that now flows seamlessly in with the original wood. Stain color and seal looks even better than expected!

I had a very smooth and service friendly experience with Penn Valley. We had laminate wood flooring installed in my upstairs living room and hallway. SJ was kind to go over everything we wanted to have done and clearly explained their process and timing needed to complete the job. Their pricing is very fair. The day of the job George the lead installer communicated the arrival time. Once in my home he and his co-worker were respectful and made minimal noise. Once the job was done they asked my to quality review and make sure it was to our expectations which is was. I would definitely use this company again for flooring needs. Thank you.
