Recently went to the optical department to have my eye piece on my glasses fixed. Walked in and was met by the technician Zachary. He took the glasses and had them fixed in no time. No charge - just a smile, new eye pieces and extreme satisfaction with this visit.
Hamilton Eye Institute is the only doctor visit I look forward to each year. Dr. Luo is thorough and as with all her staff, very caring. My surgeries were all successful guided by Dr. Luo's skill and the follow up care has kept my eyes healthy and improving. I highly recommend Hamilton Eye Institute as your end-to-end care solution.
Every member of the staff treated all the patients with respect and care. When I arrived, Angel, at the front desk, was busy helping a patient and her caregiver with forms while fielding phone calls. Angel then helped me check in , answered my questions and complete my forms with good cheer. He was busy, but I never felt rushed (and having him as the first point of contact created a good impression for the practice!). Dr. Betsy Luo seems to have mostly older adults as patients, yet all the medical staff treated us like adults (not like toddler- if you have grey hair people think you're 3 years old). And Dr Betsy?
