I've been having my clothes altered and repaired at Complete Alterations for years. Absolutely great service. Shes also realistic up front on what can and cannot be done, alteration-wise. And if she thinks something does not need to be repaired or altered, she's honest about that too. I highly, highly recommend!

I have taken my parents in to have hems for pants and to shorten and change sleeves. She does an excellent job and is very friendly and courteous. She would help my parents and take their arms when they were not steady with balance. Genuinely concerned with them and very professional. She keeps good books and knows when someone has paid. She offered to pay before or after and I pay before usually just to get it out of the way. She is fast, efficient and great customer service. I have gone elsewhere before I found Complete Alterations, and I will not go back to the other places. Their alterations were not as good or as quick, they cost more and they were not as friendly...read full review
