Walks away from unfinished job. Did decent work from December 2023 through January 2024 but hardly anything since that time. Don't let him ask you for early final payment because if you agree in good faith he loses all interest in completing job. Leaky sink plumbing, huge air gaps under brand new door, unfinished tasks and no communication for weeks. Look around for a more responsible contractor who cares and won't play you. Will return to edit if something changes.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rogers Home Restoration! Tim is a masterful contractor with a superior commitment to customer service and satisfaction. He faced quite the challenge in our historic home, and dealt with every one with a \\\"can do\\\" attitude. Our kitchen and bathroom renovation was a tall order, and Tim delivered again and again. Phenomenal communication, professionalism, and very mindful of working in our home for weeks. Our happiness throughout the process and the final result was absolutely his priority and it was so appreciated. He is already set to work on a family members home, and I know she will be pleased as well! Would refer again and again, and cannot wait to have him back to work on another project!
