Found this place because I was on a work trip and needed my nails done before vacation. This place was walking distance from my hotel. I made an appointment online and never heard anything back so I called before I arrived to confirm my appointment and the lady who answered told me to come an hour later. That was annoying and a little unprofessional especially because they could have contacted me via phone or Facebook. So I did take a star off because of that encounter. Very nice facility and people. I had a great and long lasting dip manicure during my engagement last summer. I had a recent disappointing experience during which my gel nails chipped and quickly peeled off within a few days of getting my nails done. However, I called in and they offered to repair my nails. Tu did a great job re-doing my nails and cleaning the cuticles better such that the gel would adhere more effectively to the nail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail salon if you're in the Portland area! Everything is completely sanitized and very clean. Loved the mani& pedicure that I received. Booked a last minute reservation for a party of 4 and the staff was really accommodating! They were all so nice and sweet I can't wait to come here for future services.
