I am a 70-year old retired lawyer, chemist, and CEO. I have hired and fired hundreds of people. I am impatient, pushy, and demanding because this is how I have built multiple successful businesses. We had Mari Design install motorized Lutron shades and drapes when we moved to the South Waterfront-Portland eleven years ago. They were not the cheapest, but they came highly recommended...so we selected them to do the work. Very good decision. These people know their business. I would highly recommend Mari Design. They installed blinds in our home and were very professional and thorough. They were helpful in the design portion of the process, and were communicative and flexible during the scheduling. They arrived on time, performed exceptional work, and left the space very clean. Most importantly, we are delighted with how the blinds look! From start to finish it was a very positive experience.

Excellent installation of shades as I ordered them. The shades were installed to curtail overheating due to sunlight through floor to ceiling windows facing south and west. The older translucent shades were re-installed inside the new ones. Heat control has not yet been tested in use at this time of year.The cost of the new shades was well worth it.Service: Window design
