My bestie visited me and I took her to my favorite nail salon. They're always so good and hold well (we get acrylics) and all the techs who work there are so talented and so nice. I always feel great after I get them done, I've never been disappointed.

Poor customer service today. I needed help taking out my acrylic nails extension that I got done in India. Based on India technician recommendation, I tried cutting them myself, dipping in hot water for 20+ minutes and didnt know how to lift them off myself. One nail was in pain. The front desk lady asked to come again later in the day and also cautioned that it's going to be $20, acetone and takes about 45 minutes. I was very upset that she stated money without looking at my nails and service needed. TIFFANY!!! Loved her so much, can’t say enough kind words. Showed her a picture and got exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and asked me questions and was conversational as it was my first time here. Michelle was super nice too and friendly! Tiffany asked how i liked the color of my nail and the shape during the whole process to make sure i loved it. I will totally be back!!! ❤️
