I have been coming to this shop for years and of the many dozens of cuts I’ve received, honestly only one experience with a cut I didn’t like. And I’ll quickly mention they were so fast to step in and make it right, and I was so appreciative. The staff is always incredibly friendly regardless of who you are interacting with.
I want to take a moment, though, and shout out Nick who provided my services yesterday. I went in for a trim (I’m working on growing out some damaged hair - to be clear it’s all damage I did to my hair lol). Great haircut and service
Stylist: Of course your experience will depend on your stylist. Perhaps you can call ahead and chat with the receptionist about what you're looking for. Some stylists have more experience than others.
Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, Chops is my guy and I go to him every time. Always does a great job and we always have great conversations. Would recommend him with zero hesitation to anyone!
