Terrible results with this goof ! We contacted him after seeing his online videos. He seemed legitimate and is why we contacted him . That's where the professionalism ended. We told him what kind of property we were looking for, and once he found out we were from California, his demeanor changed and his houses presented were marginal at best ! We found one and asked him to check it out for us It was right on the coast and was a neat house . Basically we found it on Zillow and then had to use a realtor so since we had talked to him previously and didn't know that he basically hates Californians.
