My entire family and I have been coming to Providence Newberg for many years for different procedures in surgeries and they have always been top notch. Don't listen to the negative reviews because those people you can never please

Came into the ER and the waiting room was empty. After initially checking my son in we waited an hour just to have a swab done on his throat and nose, and then made us set out in the lobby again for another hour while they took other people back that were not as bad off as my son. My previous experiences have been exceptional here, but I'm afraid this service has gone dramatically. Downhill. Disgraceful.
