Been with Providence for several years now, been to the ER a few times, have seen my doctor ongoing, sometimes virtual, had multiple lab work, had a minor surgery, etc. I am very happy with Providence. Everyone is caring and helpful, even if there's a wait. Everyone is professional and caring. I get information whenever I ask. My Chart is a big help. I get good care here.
Yesterday was the first time I've ever been here and I am extremely grateful for the emergency room doctor and the whole staff in the ER. They truly took the time to listen to me and did all that they could. I was hesitant on going to another hospital, just 2 days before I was at another ER and told it was in my head and pretty much good luck. Newberg er wasn't able to give me a diagnosis but certainly made sure that I was comfortable and had a plan until my doctors office is opened back up.
