“Still cleaning up from the winter storm and needing to haul away tree trunks. Wanted to wait so the lawn dryer out but of course it rained for 2 days before the appointment and they adapted to get the job done and NOT ruin the grass. They cleaned up and kept me informed.“

“Well, here goes my pictures aren't as good as some of the other people writing reviews. They came out this morning and after a full day all 12 of my trees were professionally trimmed and look as good as almost new. I was so afraid they would be mutilated. They are beautiful and show off our house built in 1978 as a modern home. The guys worked non stop, just stopping for a short lunch and back at it. I would recommend them to all of you that want your trees to compliment your home, not just hacked. “A large limb from about 40' up a maple tree fell over our back fence and into our backyard. With all its branches and leaves, it covered about half our small garden. Monkeyman quoted us the lowest price (of 3) for removal, and the only one that included cutting the limb's stump still up in the tree. They sent a team of three, and within an hour they dropped the high stump, cut the branches up, and removed every trace. The team did excellent work. My only problem was that when cleaning up, they pulled out a gas-powered leaf blower. I had expected a company this good to use battery-powered leaf blowers as a token of commitment to the health of all growing things -- including us humans. Maybe they will in future.“

“They were here Wednesday, 11/15, to top and prune two ash trees. What work that was done was done well, and cleanup was excellent. But I feel that not enough of the trees was removed, and they charged $500 for an hour's work. I'm not upset, just a little disappointed. Note: your response notwithstanding, it still feels like less was done than earlier was agreed on.“

“Samsara really went above and beyond to help us following the recent severe storm. Two large pines fell across our driveway entrance, completely blocking access and egress. This happened on a Saturday afternoon, and Samsara was out there beginning removal Saturday evening with floodlights. They brought back a large crew and heavy equipment Monday morning to complete cutting up, chipping and removing the large trunks and limbs, in the midst of really bad weather.We found them to be uniformly hard working, courteous and communicative - easy to deal with and generally good guys. We are having them come back to remove a very large cedar tree in the near future, and highly recommend them.“
