I just moved to the area and found Cara through her stellar Google reviews. After seeing her twice I can agree that she is phenomenal at what she does! I have gotten a lot of relief from her treatments and will continue to see her to manage my chronic pain.

Michelle gave me a deep tissue. I pulled a leg muscle so I went here for my first massage. The room is calming. It’s a dark room and the bed felt warm. She worked on all the knots and it made me feel relaxed.

I have seen the same masseuse for over 5 years now, and for unforseen circumstances, I've been forced to switch. I had a lot of anxiety at the thought of starting with someone new, but my friend recommended Elizabeth at Balanced massage, and after just our first appointment, I felt very comfortable! She did a wonderful job at listening to and addressing my needs, and put me at ease during the entire visit. I would highly recommend her!
