ACE Restoration is AMAZING! Don't even bother going elsewhere. We got a 2nd opinion from ACE Restoration after the following experience with a different company... I called the other local company to get them out for a "free inspection" as per their website states they do, to be told they do not do free mold inspections but they will honor their website this one time!?... When the two gentlemen from this other company got done looking at our attic they said that 2 whole sheets of roof sheeting needed to be sanded and treated since they are covered with mold and then they were saying our main beams had black mold on them and needed to be fixed too. They came back and quoted us just shy of $3,000 to fix everything, stating it's going to take 2 days and 3 men to fix it and they needed to use equipment to the equivalent of removing 40 gallons of water from our attic. There is no water and no leak, just a low moisture reading. Then I called ACE Restoration and he came out of our attic with the same picture our inspector had taken. He explained to us that our bathroom fan vents aren't up to code and improperly installed. He then said that roof sheeting should never be sanded as it is not a thick dense material and you can compromise the roof by doing so. The "black mold" the other company had told us about on our main beams was actually just common tree fungus which is found on most beams and is the only fungus that requires no action since it is no harm to people and doesn't compromise the integrity of the structure. ACE said he will bring our vents up to code AND fix the small mold patch from the improperly vented bathroom fans for $350! ACE Restoration is very knowledgeable, quick to respond and will not take advantage of you and your pocket book.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My siblings and I live out of state, but my parents needed help with basement clean up after a storm. ACE was prompt, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.
