After going on Angi's List, I was contacted by Cristobal Vilorio of MVP Commercial Roofing. He came right over and got up on the roof and came down with photos of the spots needed to be patched up. We agreed on a price which he gave me in writing, and gave me a 24 month warranty. Once we agreed on a price he and his crew came right over and got onto the roof and in no time they were finished! When he had finished he came down and showed me photos of the finished product. Since then we have had some substantial amount of rain and we have not had any leakage.
