I brought my mom to the Urgent Care on a Sunday and they were able to get us right in. They were very courteous and helpful my mom is in the wheelchair so getting into this facility was a little hard we had to park about probably 6 parking spots away from the front door just to use the ramp to get into the Urgent care. Once we got the door open which was an obstacle the hump to push over the door jamb was too high and I almost popped my mom out of the wheelchair. At that point the front desk girl came and helped get us completely into the building. We will definitely be using the urgent care for the next time she needs to go. Thank you for your help Maxem Urgent Care.
Okay seriously! I've like never been to an urgent care I felt more relaxed with (even with my breath not being there?) both people were so nice and welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. Best experience ever in an urgent care.
I developed a severe case of hives while on a short vacation to Lake Oswego. On day 2 of suffering, I decided to try urgent care. After checking in at a different company and being told it would be at least a 2 and a half hour wait, we called Maxem and they were able to see me within 20 minutes. I rushed over and true to their word, I got treatment quickly. The ladies at the front desk were efficient and polite. The licensed nurse practitioner, Julieta, was warm and knowledgeable. I felt more truly listened to by her than by my usual medical provider. After the visit, prescriptions were promptly called into a pharmacy and I began seeing results in about 12 hours.
