I really liked the lady who did my nails.. Tran. This was her first day there; I was her first customer. She was nice, accommodating, eager to please. BUT, the venue didn't feel right. There were no other clients when I arrived. The water was not warm.. it was cool. WHO uses cool water for a pedi? Disposable tub liners are used, so this is a plus. But no hot wax treatment was even offered. The hot towels used, are OLD towels, with holes in them. I want to be pampered, and bringing me some old used up, back yard rag for my hot towel treatment is NOT pampering me. I used a groupon here and was very pleased with the service. It is clean and the staff was very attentive. I got my manicure and pedicure done at the same time so I was done quickly. Definitely a good groupon find.
