Been trying to make an appointment for months. They won't work with me on my schedule and availability. I don't feel like I'm being provided quality customer service and will no longer be waisting money on their services

I had an appointment scheduled for a Medical eye exam. When I scheduled the appointment I was clear it was for a Medical eye exam. 7 days before this appointment the house where my son and granddaughter resides burnt down and their car ask i burnt..they lost everything. i have been frugal so I can help my son and granddaughter. I love over an hour away from Eugene where my appoinent was for. ihave a secondary insurance that would cover copays for the medical eye exam that ends the last day of the month. The Doctors office did not make sure they had the appropriate paperwork from my physician before my appointment, therefore I wasted time, time I ould helping my family... read full review

To start the Dr. was rude the entire visit felt very unwelcoming. Then my wife is told she needs to come back to be tested for Glaucoma, so our first visit we had a copay charge. The second visit they did not tell us they were not in our medical insurances preferred network and got stuck with a $300 dollar bill for the testing! We will never go back to this place!
