I really appreciate Jason for the way he explained to me what he was doing and how he was fixing my problem. I know that if I need help with a plumbing problem I would ask for Jason and roto rooter.
I was looking for someone to blast out my downspout drain and I booked by email. I got a call right away from an actual human, who gave me all the info I needed and more. They had a guy available and he came out within an hour. He tried so hard to clear that drain line. He found pieces of broken pipe then a little geyser shot up about six feet away. “There’s your break” he said, so even though it didn’t fix the issue, everyone there was great and did what they said they would do. Would call again.
I Just settled into my dream home and was entertaining some very important overnight guests. I c c ouldn'tMy experience was totally positive. Dude Was there in under an hour? He was a, uh, a clean-cut sort who you didn't mind letting in your door. He went straight to work. Solved my problem quickly and continued on to the kitchen sink, where he repeated his performance in a very short amount of time. I just feel really pretty positive about Roto-Rooter and I definitely will call them next time. I have an issue.
