As a former college athlete this is the closest I’ve gotten to the massages I used to get by our trainers. There’s a lot massage therapists in Eugene, most are spa and relax types. There’s only a handful that actually manipulate the muscle. Being that this is a mall massage you’re not going to get an expert sports massage therapist and you should already be aware of that given the location and pricing. This is deep tissue, which means your muscles are going get worked just as if you were working out in the gym, drink water before and after you go. It helps them give the massage and will help your body with soreness

Omg the massages were amazing! We were a group of 3 and they accommodated us as walk-ins right away. We had the Happy Feet service which is 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute full body acupressure. Very clean operation and friendly. The employees barely spoke English so communication was limited. They also frown on credit card or debit card payments as they prefer cash. They push tips heavily, it's a little off-putting. But if you can look past that, the actual massage services are Amazing! I was startled by the masseuse jumping up on the table and using her full body to put pressure on my lower back, I was not expecting that so be aware! Massages were really good,...read full review
