Absolutely the best experience, we were so nervous with the installation of our new flooring after bad experiences in the past. NW industrial flooring was so transparent from the beginning, did an exceptional job on install. Highly recommended! Update: now 3 years later, we have used them on numerous projects and they truly care about your experience. Alondra was a phone call away on any questions, concerns and the stress of 4 kid’s in your home while juggling new floor installation, they were amazing with our kid’s plus doodle. The only flooring company we recommend!

Was provided very efficient, prompt customer service over email. They came out timely to offer a quote. Made it so easy. I didn’t hire them but would have. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs and refer them!! ?

Alondra, Brian and their team (thanks, Luis!) were very helpful over several months of planning, quoting, and then performing the work to install our new hardwoods. I must've asked for 10 different versions of quotes and their team was always happy to provide and acommodate to our project needs! Alondra in the office always got back to emails or phone calls, and Brian and his crew were very knowledgeable and timely in completing the installation. They have all been professional, and even after the installation had been completed, continued to be professional and attentive.
