My hair is super challenging because it is soooo thin (I lost a lot last year - thank goodness the hair loss finally stopped with iron supplements)... she was able to do exactly what I had asked for and even took the time to train me how to curl it and which products would work best for it. “I got a pedicure over a month (5 weeks) ago and my nail polish still looks good!! I'm on awe because when I get my nails done at other places, you can tell it's been a while. I feel like my nails are still looking "fresh". The appointment process on their website was so easy and I actually prefer this method. I absolutely hate making phone calls. When you make an appt, you'd get reminder emails and texts which is super helpful. Also worth mentioning: I had to prepay for my service when I booked the appt. I didn't mind doing this. I just ended up getting cash for tip for the day of.The location is fairly easy to find with GPS even though I drove past it and has to make a u-turn but that was my fault for not paying attention. The salon is located downstairs.“

“Until you get a pedicure with Connie, you might think $50 was high, but I would go back in a flash. I felt as though I had gone for a foot massage instead of a pedicure, and the great work on my toenails was just the frosting on the cake. Shag Salon is a huge place with high ceilings. It is beautiful, feels airy, and smells fresh.“
