My experience at this center was a five star one. I met Manny after a nice introduction over the phone a few days before. Everything was communicated clearly and I felt listened to, which was great because I came with a shoulder, Ker and neck injury. I have been a massage professional and teacher for over 20 years so I thought my review here could really help another. The facility was clean and the therapy was top notch. I walked out feeling better after one session, had a great experience and got some great referrals for other health professionals. The body work was great... I recommend!
Due to a car accident a few months ago, my neck and hip have been experiencing lingering pain. I am currently going to PT to try and resolve my neck issue. The therapist has educated me in regards to where the problem stems from and different techniques/exercises that I can partake in to help alleviate the issue. I've been going for the last 6 weeks, but at the end of the day, the pain still exists. I began to do my own research and came upon rolfing. Manny is a wonderful practitioner of structural integration, and he’s an awesome person. I walked out of my first appointment laughing because my body felt so great. After my 10th appointment, I felt like I had a brand new back. I now highly recommend structural integration, and Manny is the guy. He has an unbelievable understanding of the body and he’s holistic in his approach. People have been commenting on changes to my posture since my first session!
