“Interesting to see the one star review that's obviously fake, sad to see fake reviews on Google. I don't work for this company, I'm just a loyal customer of over four years. This company does very good work. On more than one occasion we had roof leaks and they came out right away. They answered the phone on the 1st ring. Gal who answers is professional and courteous, and if you ask her a question she has the answer. The workers cleaned up after themselves and were careful with the roof when they walked on it. Have had them here now 5 times for two different buildings on the property. When we had so much trouble this year, instead of trying to get me to spend a lot of money, they told me how to take care of my roof the right way, thus saving me more damage. This is a good company who you can trust, they've been here in Central Oregon for many years. They always answered the phone calls, called me back as needed, and answered my emails right away, too.“

“Great company and a fair price! I had multiple quotes to do my Roof from companies that are obviously taking advantage of Central Oregons residents and I was about to do it myself which I don't have time for. I priced out the materials and found that the companies I had quotes from were charging about 5 times what the materials cost. I figured that each person on the roof was making about $5K profit in a day or two. Not cool so just before I decided to tackle it I found these guys. They made a profit but an honest one. I would hire them to to do my roof again and will definitely refer them to everyone I know.“

“When I had the solar hot water system dismantled, that required the solar panel to be taken down and that section of the roof replaced. A contractor who was doing some garage door repair for me recommended Scott's Roofing. They were great about coordinating with my plumber and came out to remove the panel and re-do the roof on short notice. As I was out of town when the work was done, I called to see if by chance the guys had taken pictures, because I could not see up there. Someone came out the next day to explain to me how the work was done and to take a look at it for me. All good! I would call Scott's Roofing again for sure.“

“We were already friends and neighbors of Sierra James at our own place of business, knew they were in the construction industry, were always busy and were all very nice people. When we found a major water leak in our shower with severe subfloor damage and extensive mold, it turned out that Sierra James was the perfect solution to our problem. The demolition and remediation process was outstanding, communication was immediate so we were never in the dark about anything throughout this part including them finding the exact cause of the leak. The rebuild went forward in a timely and extremely professional manner, again, communication was excellent, keeping us up to date on progress as well as options.
