Everyone there was soooo nice, helpful and efficient! I needed a new key fob programmed and they allowed me to come in later than the cutoff time for a programming appt. and I was in and out in under 30 mins.! Amazing customer service and affordable!

After Toyota refused to copy my key or make a new one I finally went to Bend Lock and Safe. I should've went here first. They made me two new keys from my worn out key AND sold me a used FOB. All in all I got 3 keys and a key fob for 100 less than Toyota WOULD have charged me if they even wanted to help. Great guys, customer and advocate for life.
