“I have found my favorite nail technician in Bend. Haley MacDowall has been trained by her mother, Cheri (the owner of Look Esthetics) - herself one of the best nail technicians in Bend. Cheri passed down her knowledge to Haley and Haley is now the BEST! I had a spa manicure and an ultimate spa pedicure and it was FABULOUS. I have very dry cuticles due to very frequent hand wash and after my manicure was done my nails and cuticles looked amazing and healthy again. The pedicure was fabulous also. Haley really took her time to do an outstanding job and my toe nails have never looked better, but my favorite part was the massage. Haley is not only extremely professional but she is extremely pleasant to talk to. My entire appointment took 2hrs and it was worth every penny!Look Esthetics Salon is a very chic and cozy place, and most important it is extremely clean – shiny clean :)I cannot recommend Haley enough – definitely 10 stars out of 5.“

My hair is super challenging because it is soooo thin (I lost a lot last year - thank goodness the hair loss finally stopped with iron supplements)... she was able to do exactly what I had asked for and even took the time to train me how to curl it and which products would work best for it.
