This is my second time doing laser hair removal here and it's consistently a great experience. All of the staff is amazing; they are so helpful and accommodating and really make you feel at ease. Lana is my girl for laser and not only is she incredibly knowledgable and always checks in to see how you are doing with the heat level, but she is a straight up joy to be around! Soooo impressed with this business!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Every staff member is upbeat, friendly and accommodating during my visits/phone calls, and Ashley N always goes above and beyond to help me with my scheduling difficulties. I've been seeing Ashley C for a couple (several?) years now who is a sweetheart and an absolute laser hair removal wizard; I cannot thank her enough for making my life so much easier. Shoutout to Carolyn as well who is reassuring, exudes professionalism and makes the IPL experience a piece of cake. I hardly ever write reviews… but I LOVE CELEBRITY MED SPA!!! Botox and Dysport! And laser hair removal! Oh my :) I started on a Groupon laser hair package and then tried Botox for the first time and then dysport! The injector, Dr Jennifer Davidson, is INCREDIBLE. She’s so patient and sweet and skilled! And her results look soooooo natural!! Dysport worked waaaay better for me. No pain or heaviness or headache. I love the reception team too! They truly care about their clients and it makes all the difference.
