I could not be happier with the service Dale provided. After one of our computers was compromised Dale showed up to help us out within an hour or two. He took the computer we were worried about as well as another one that was just running slow home with him and had them both back to us the next morning running better than ever. He gave us a courtesy follow up call before sending us the invoice to make sure we were taken care of and the bill was a tremendous value for the service provided. Would definitely recommend to others and will use him again without question.

Dale is amazing - he fixed my computer in less than 10 minutes. The charger plug had broken off inside the computer - Dale took the laptop to his office and returned it in less then 20 minutes - it's amazing!

We are working in the area for a few days and ran into an issue where we were possibly going to need battery backup system on very short notice. Although it's not something he usually carries for sale, Dale went above and beyond to find what we needed in his shop and agree to be available for us to pick it up after hours if necessary. All of this knowing that we may not even need the equipment.I love the extra effort and the friendly service. I wish I lived locally because I definitely know where I'd go for computer service!
