Their reformer Pilates classes are amazing! Every time I visit Ashland, I take class from Celina. They use an online registration/payment system that makes signing up for classes very convenient and simple.
I have continued my workouts with InwardBound staff and their teaching is excellent. They all continue to improve because they continue to further their own education. Importantly, they are now located in a light-filled upstairs studio on "A" Street, directly across the street from Ashland Ace Hardware.
This place truly is a gem! The experience and knowledge of the staff is superior. You walk through the door and are already put at ease. From the Thai Yoga Massage that Steven offers which is amazing, all the way to the yoga and gyrotonics classes offered it really is a step above the rest. This is my go to place for clients that have myofascial issues post accident, or even for the ones that just want that "get away" from everyday life.
