“They sent Kahn again and I could not be happier, I knew when they sent him that my problem would be solved, Friendly knowledgeable technician I have used this company three times and each time has turned a very bad and stressful experience into a good experience, each time the problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently , on time, great customer service with Melissa top notch company, Kahn gets five stars, I only have 2 problems ,1 even tough it says its a 6 month warranty on the website , I had to pay extra to have that 6 month warranty included (not cool) you either have 6 month warranty or you don't ? 2 is your prices have gone up way more than I would have expected, since the las time , I know inflation I get it, this seems like more than inflation ?“

“We used their service to exterminate roaches in our condo and they have done fabulous job. They came on the agreed date and time on first round and did intensive spray in kitchen and bathroom and some area of living room. And within 2 weeks we could see dead roaches here and there and we followed their instructions after spray. We called then yesterday to help us with second round, they confirmed the date and time on phone and were exact on time the very next day - today.
