I’m just updating my review (original below). I can’t believe how many bad reviews this place has, I actually have had amazing service. After the last post, my battery started to fail. I had a service warning for months I ignored bc I was too busy to deal with but then it wouldn’t turn on so I was forced to bring it in. I actually had Mark again and it turned out my computer neeelded more than just a battery. I was hoping for same day service but they worked on it for 4 days and fixed my port, my trackpad and replaced my battery. 4 days without my laptop is hard but it was worth it… It feels and runs like a new computer again and the guy who helped me settle up... read full review

I had a great experience at this location. I had booked an appointment online and I had arrived 2 hours early and they were able to take me right away and repair my phone screen within 30 minutes. Nancy had repaired my phone and she was amazing. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
