The RMT had asked if there was an area that needed more attention, I mentioned my neck and back with the expectation it would still be a full body massage. The RMT spent a long time massaging my scalp and tugging on my hair which wasn't requested or enjoyable. There was no check in or consent. Definitely not my favorite massage.

Service was awesome. Atmosphere is very nice and everyone’s very friendly. The steam room was way way way too hot, I couldn’t handle even being in its vicinity. Unfortunately that was a big part of the appeal for me so not sure I’d come back.

My daughter and I booked treatments at this spa for the first time. Was an easy online booking and we enjoyed our time there. Great staff, services and amenities right in downtown Toronto.
