“Before you read any further: NONE OF WHAT I SAY HERE IS JOHN'S FAULT. We had an electrical "emergency" and googled Electrical Emergency in Oakville. A company called Best Electrical was near the top of the list. We called and were quoted $60 for the call plus labour. Sounded reasonable. They sent John to deal with it. He was extremely professional and courteous. Then when I called Best Electrical to "close" the order I was told it would be $630 plus tax! At this point John had been here for approximately 10 minutes! After a lengthy and sometimes unprofessional (on my behalf) conversation with Best Electrical I begrudgingly gave in to their suddenly reduced price of $535. Don't get me wrong at all - John was great! It was Best Electrical who I will NEVER EVER deal with again.“
