So my house turned 100 this year. This means my foundation is not what you would expect on a newer home. When Ron came to give me a quote. He was very forthcoming in his assessment of the work needed. After initial excavation, ( 5 to 6 along side wall) All-Pro brought it to my attention. That the exposed part of foundation wall, Was in great shape. But was not flush or smooth. ( Please keep in mind. That , the wall is almost 2 ft thick and when they built it. They would have built from inside out.Making the inside flush.But leaving humps on the dirt side.After setting it would have been back filled.) As I am in trades myself. Superb work by Ron Casement and his team, who certainly lived up to their company name. Ron's communication was prompt and extremely comprehensive, and I could only admire the job he and his crew did waterproofing my 96-year-old mother's basement after city road works (can't prove it, but the timing is too much to be coincidence) opened up cracks. Just had All Pro Waterlroofing to review my basement as we were getting substantial water coming in every rain fall. They came in and did a thorough examination and were very informative. Their quote was very competitive. I now have a basement that does not leak!
